Great things come in small packages!  The owner of this home fell in love with the house on Hawks Nest Lane in Amagansett.  However, 7500 sq ft of living space (excluding basement) was a bit more than they wanted in a summer cottage.   Mark took their ideas of what they wanted and decreased the size while adding their own personal style to the home.  Here is the result.
